In March literally days before COVID-19 forced all non-essential businesses to close I suffered an injury to my Left Shoulder. It wasn't until the end of the month I found out how bad the injury was through the arthrogram MRI I received.

The MRI found:
1 full thickness rotator cuff tear of 15mm (basically the width of a quarter) 
1 partial tear of my infraspinatus 
1 partial labrum tear 
 among other findings... 

I was told I had 60 days from the injury date to have surgery in order to have the ability to regain full range of motion (ROM).

On April 8, 2020 the surgery was completed and it was a success, although my insurance covered a lot of the surgery, the out of pocket fees accrued thus far have exceeded my net-income.

Given the urgency of this surgery, I had to move forward given my profession. 
Unfortunately, amidst all this I have lost 90% of my income due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  I have been juggling keeping a small business afloat, all the while, still trying to figure out how to pay my monthly bills, hence me creating this page and reaching out.
