My name is Donna, I am Bryan’s aunt.

On August 8, 2026, Bryan, my sister’s youngest kiddo, was taken from us in a tragic accident.

We are in shock. Our hearts are broken, and we are struggling to comprehend that Bryan is gone. Most of the time, it still does not feel real and then the sadness hits, and it is hard to breathe.

In the hours since receiving the news, I have found myself caught in a spiral of needing to help. I keep searching for something I can do, something I can carry, something I can fix. But this cannot be fixed. Nothing any of us can say or do will take away the pain of losing a child.

With the permission of my sister, this fundraiser is the one practical thing I can do. I would like to help make sure the cost of laying Bryan to rest is one less burden for his parents to carry.

Nothing can lessen their grief, but together we can help ease the financial strain of Bryan’s funeral and memorial. These unexpected costs will be a struggle for them, and neither should have to worry about how they will afford to say goodbye to their son.

Asking for help does not come easily for our family, but today, I set that discomfort aside. I have created this GoFundMe so that family, friends, neighbours, and the wider community can come together to help Michelle and Tim lay Bryan to rest with the love and dignity he deserves.
