After having widespread pain and having a few doctors appointments. Doctors found tumors in the vertebrae and blood clots in Bryan’s legs. This was difficult as he has always been active with sports and now trying to keep up with his three beautiful grandchildren. Doctors immediately treated the blood clots and started testing the tumors. While coming up with a treatment plan Bryan’s pain increased and his eyesight was now affected. Bryan returned to Riverside at the urging of his doctors. After more CT scans and MRIs as well as other testing itwas confirmed cancer was found in Bryan’s vertebrae, lung, and brain.
Bryan will start radiation today 1/14/21, and will continue for a week then move onto chemotherapy. As of now this is the healthcare plan from his doctors.
I am asking for donations for my parents as weare unsure of the impact this illness will have financially on them. With time off of work for Bryan and the fact that insurance will cover littleto no cost until they hit their high deductible, the cost will more or less just be coming out of pocket. I am asking for help so on the tough road ahead he won’t have to worry financially and can focus on beating this illness.
We all have a positive outlook on this as anyone who knows Bryan knows he loves life and is a wonderful human in general. He has raised prayers for healing and comfort and believes the Lord will see him through beating this.
Thankful for all of you and your ongoing prayers.
