Myself, Jimmy Marino, the Black Sheep Brasserie family along the the whole of the South Bay restaurant industry lost a true gem this past weekend. Bryan "Fergy" Ferguson's sudden passing has left a big hole in all our hearts and lives. He was the embodiment of hospitality with genuine warmth, humor and that contagious laugh. He was a husband, father, son, brother, mentor, friend and was truly passionate about all things food, wine, spirits and of course music.
Now it is time to take the love and genuine warmth we received from Fergy as loved ones, coworkers, and his guests and reciprocate that upon his family to help ease the burden associated with his final expenses, memorial costs, and their continued cost of living going from a dual income to a single if even in the slightest way. The restaurant community along with his loyal regulars, family and friends are filled with love for Bryan and this now gives us the opportunity to show that same love, and to help his loved ones in this most difficult time. Any amount is appreciated, and we miss you immensely our dear Fergy, and I will be raising money on behalf of Krystal, her son Mason, and the Ferguson's family as to help with any financial burden they now are facing with Bryan's sudden passing .
