Bryan Fajardo's Knee Surgery

Bryan has been dealing with knee pain for over a month. After continued pain walking, working, drumming, and occasions where his knee felt like it popped out of place preventing extension, he finally went to the doctor.

An MRI revealed that he has a grade 3 meniscus tear, a sprained MCL, and a sprained ACL. The grade 3 meniscus tear requires arthroscopic surgery as soon as possible. Bryan has scheduled surgery for August 5th but many fees are required upfront. He has no insurance and has been out of work due to his knee for a few weeks now so coming up with the funds is a challenge. After the surgery, he will have to take it easy for at least three weeks so you can imagine the stress of having no income while also having to come up with thousands of dollars to do anything about it. Even while drumming, he can only do so much before swelling and stiffness set in.

The upfront fees known so far total $4,422. We are still waiting to find out the anesthesia fee and "billable items" costs. All donations go directly to Bryan to use towards these fees and anything extra will help Bryan out with his bills and expenses from being out of work.

Any and every little bit is so very much appreciated! Those of you that know him know that he is a very humble guy that absolutely does not want to ask for help but he can't back out of this surgery. There is no other way for him to get better and get back at doing what he loves full force.
