Bryan Behn & Family

Thank you everyone for all your continued prayers and support! Bryan has been in the CVICU at Froedtert since Wednesday December 4th. At the start of a routine leg/knee surgery Bryan had a blood clot break into two and block his pulmonary arteries, which results in lack of oxygenation and blood flow. This was an incredibly emergent situation that is usually fatal.  However God was on his side and put amazing medical professionals in his path that were able to identify what was going on and stabilized him enough to allow him to be transferred to froedtert via flight for life to have a life saving procedure.  The next 48 hours were filled with a lot of uncertainty in regards to whether or not Bryan would wake and if he did the doctors were expecting significant brain damage. However, God willing Bryan beat all the odds...woke...and had complete neurological function!  A true miracle ❤️. A new fight then started, the fight for his body to heal, organs to recover, clots to dissolve, and lung function to return. There have been many ups and downs the past month in the ICU, however Bryan demonstrates over and over his strength and God shows us His presence in Bryan’s recovery daily.

At this time the length of time Bryan will be in the hospital and rehab is unknown. In the meantime, they will have significant medical bills coming in. With that being said; we have created a go fund me account for Bryan Behn and family. We would love to help lessen the financial burden their family will face due to extensive medical bills and time off of work.

Bryan has a wife, Melissa, and two sons Zach-13 and Jake-9. Please continue to pray for Bryan’s recovery and his family ❤️
