Bruno’s Medical Bills
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Bruno and I’m very sick right now. I was brought to Wisconsin by Our Pack Animal Rescue in April 2020 and was fostered by Matt, Stephanie, Wyatt and Michaela. After a couple of weeks my fosters loved me so much they adopted me and made me a permanent part of their family.
I helped my family through the months of being at home through covid. I’ve ate my way through crates and stuffies, barked at every neighbor and person that walks by, but I’ve been a pretty good boy overall.
This past few days my owners noticed I wasn’t eating very much, my abdomen was swollen and I just being pretty lethargic. They took me into the animal hospital because my normal vet was closed today and some X-rays showed I had a “very large tumor” in my abdomen. My owners agreed that they wanted to try and get me better.
After more tests the Drs wanted to operate immediately to remove the tumor. My owners gave me hugs and I underwent surgery tonight. The surgeon removed the very large tumor that was attached to a lymph node and another smaller tumor attached to my liver. After surgery the doctors say they are cautiously optimistic on my recovery.
I’ll be at the hospital for a few more days getting the care I need to recover and hopefully come home to spend more years with my family.
My owners didn’t expect to have this sudden expense come up, so they’re asking for any help you can give.
Thank You!
Bruno
