My name is Josette Leblond and I knew Bruno since he was 5 years old. His mother was a customer of our Butcher shop in France. He moved years after to California and we worked together for more than 20 years until he left us, January 15th 2018.
He was like a son for me, my friend, my business partner, my employee, my Chef Bruno.
Bruno, we'll deeply miss you and we'll never forget you my friend, Rest in Peace.
