For those who know Susan Brungardt, you know she could possibly be the most selfless, helpful, kind and caring soul on earth (at the very least, she's on the Top 10 list!).  And we now have the opportunity to return some of that kindness and show our love and support for Susan and her sweet family - Jason (Beaker), Markie, Barrett and Paisley - during a time when they need it most. 

Susan's mother, Linda (who also lives with Susan) was diagnosed with cancer in 2019 and since then, Susan & Beaker (and kiddos, of course!) have cared for her so well. From taking Linda to appointments and specialists to navigating the whole {draining} healthcare process to helping her deal with the side effects of the various treatments - Team Brungardt has been there 24x7x365. 

It's been a gift to have Linda at home with them during this time and even more so right now, as Linda is prepping to move to her heavenly home. 

Many of you have asked how you can help, so here's where the Brungardt Village comes in: Susan and Beaker have received tons of support and prayer (and hey, don't stop that!!!) but these last days can be especially exhausting and often require more than we can do on our own. If you're led to give (any amount at all!), these funds will be used to bring in an overnight nurse a few nights a week as well as to help cover final, uninsured expenses. 

Whatever your gift, please continue the gift of prayer, of crying out to the Holy Spirit even if you're not sure what to pray (Romans 8:26) on the family's behalf, for Linda's rest and comfort. Continue the gift of reaching out to Susan, Beaker, Markie, Barrett and Paisley (and the rest of the family) to check on them. Continue the gift of being the village the Brungardts are rooted in today.
