Bruce's Final Adventure

At 1:32 AM on Thanksgiving morning 2024, Bruce Anthony Boniface, Jr took his final breath while my mom and I held his hand.

He was the most hardworking dad, working his way up from hot dog stand at a car dealership to a janitor at Disneyland to a machinist on Pirates of the Caribbean, a job he loved. His love of Disney mirrored our family and he never got tired of maintaining such a beloved attraction. In 2018, he had to have surgery to slow his longtime brain cancer diagnosis and this forced him into retirement.

From there my mom and dad moved to Utah to be near me four years ago. His battle with his cancer lasted decades but he endured years of treatments, chemo, radiation, and hospice care which we poured every resource we had into. Now, it's time to take him home back to California to lay him to rest. If there is anyone who can help us take him home, my family would be grateful beyond words.
