Hi everyone, I never thought I’d be making one of these, but here we are. My baby, Bruce, recently had to have emergency surgery after swallowing something he shouldn’t have. It got stuck in his stomach, and there was no other option—the surgery had to happen, or we would have lost him.

I’m beyond grateful that Bruce pulled through and is now on the road to recovery, but the vet bill hit hard. The total came out to $8k, and while I’m doing everything I can to cover it, it’s more than I can handle alone.

If you know me, you know how much my dogs mean to me. He's one of my babies—He's given me a purpose to live since the day I got him. He is my everything and the reason I've grown into the person I am today. Seeing him feeling better is the biggest relief, but the stress of this bill is a lot to carry.
