My husband, Bruce, has been through so much in the last few years. For all of 2023, he bravely fought Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. He went through chemotherapy for the entire year, and in January 2024, had another bone marrow biopsy. The results showed he was in remission! We were ecstatic! However, by the end of 2024, a blood test showed his PSA levels were increasing. In February of 2025, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. In May of this year, he went through a biopsy in which 17 core samples were taken. Fifteen of the 17 were positive for cancer, and some of the samples were up to 90% full of cancer cells.

He is ready to fight this new cancer beast with everything he's got. Unfortunately, he has exhausted all of his paid time off work, and we have exhausted any additional funds we had when he was fighting leukemia. He had been putting off treatment for his prostate cancer because of the fear of lack of funds. We can't put this off any longer for fear that his cancer will spread.

This is where we are humbly asking for your support. We will be traveling to City of Hope and Mayo Clinic in Phoenix for his treatment. He is opting for surgical removal, which after the consult with the surgeon and pre-op testing, he will get scheduled for surgery. We are anticipating multiple trips to Phoenix along with about a 5 to 7 day stay for the surgery and recovery.

We don't know the full cost of everything at the moment, but he will be losing a full 2 weeks of pay and then receiving only 60% of pay after that while he recovers.

All funds raised will go directly to Bruce for the treatment, travel, and missed pay from work so he does not have to stress during this time of fight and recovery. We are so very grateful for your consideration and support ❤️
