Helping Bruce recover from currently unknown liver disease

Everybody's best friend in dog form - Bruce - is needing some extra love and help! We're facing a currently unknown issue / illness that is severely affecting his liver. We are currently going through several kinds of diagnostic testing (bloodwork / imaging / etc) to figure things out - However, as his pet parent I'm also in the middle of my own medical issues recovering from spinal surgeries and I'm not able to work. Having such a huge unexpected set of vet bills right now is not something I'm able to budget for. Bruce is the sweetest most gentle dog I've ever known.

He loves people. He loves food. He loves snuggles.

To see him in a non-stop obsessive state about drinking water and going outside, as well as refusing food... It breaks my heart.

I want to find out what's going on so we can move forward with hopeful treatment options and help him get back to his comfortable state.

The financial part of this is also widely unknown while we are in diagnostic mode. I tried to set the goal amount to include the cost of recent and upcoming tests as well as possible medication costs.

Any left over money that is not needed will be donated to our local animal charity organizations.
