Bruce Muirhead

We sadly lost Bruce Muirhead very unexpectedly on the 4th of June 2025.

Bruce was in hospital, as he underwent an operation which was, by all accounts successful. But sadly, two days later, he suffered further complications which he couldn’t overcome.

Bruce put everybody before himself, he was the Chairman of Crystal Palace FC DSA (Disabled Supporters Association), and had recently helped to organise a charity bike ride in order to provide sensory packs for people with special needs who attend matches at Selhurst Park.

Bruce had a heart of gold, which is why his passing has touched so many people.

This fundraiser is to allow Bruce’s wife, Paula, the financial means to organise the funeral and send off he deserves.

Due to Bruce’s ongoing medical complications, insurance companies would not cover him, or the cost to do so was simply unaffordable for the couple.

Any donations are gratefully received, and will help towards the funeral costs.
