Bruce & Carol Kovars

Hi, my name is Kasie - Bruce & Carol are my aunt and uncle and I am creating this hopefully to give them some relief during a difficult time. End of August Bruce was diagnosed with cancer - at the time it was unknown what type. At the same time Carol was informed she needs back surgery. Early September Bruce was med flighted after falling at home. Fast forward to now, several doctor visits and hospital stays since - Bruce was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Bruce's income comes from his small engine shop in Highland. He is unable to work, but is trying to keep his shop open with the help of his employee. Carol is also unable to work with needing back surgery. All funds raised will be used for staying on top of bills and for gas. Bruce is goes back and forth to La Crosse for his treatments.
