We were all hit hard on Saturday, June 14, 2025 by this Devasting Flash Flood. Triadelphia, West Virginia and Valley Grove, WV were hit the hardest and we all lost a lot, but are thankful to be alive. Sadly, nine lives were lost in our community and we will not forget them.

Our basement was flooded about 10 inches to the ceiling and everything got destroyed. My mom was 89 years young and she peacefully passed away in our home on Sunday, June 8, 2025, six days before this devasting flood. I was her Caregiver for well over five years. We are grateful that the Lord took her home before all this happened. Your donations will help us get through this difficult time of sorrow and to pay our bills as we recover and begin a new chapter in our lives. We owe over $30,000 to the Internal Revenue Service and over $7,000 to the State of West Virginia. Our main goal is to raise funds to pay our tax debt that I owe for being a Caregiver. FEMA should come through for our flood loss, but we need help with our tax debt due to my caregiving for my mother. Thank you to everyone who has donated and we appreciate all of you!
