We were all hit hard on Saturday, June 14, 2025 by this Devasting Flash Flood. Triadelphia, West Virginia and Valley Grove, WV were hit the hardest and we all lost a lot that can't be replaced, but are thankful to be alive for those of us who survived. Sadly, nine lives were lost.

Our basement was flooded about 10 inches to the ceiling and everything got destroyed. My mom who was 89 years young peacefully passed away in our home on Sunday, June 8, 2025, six days before this devasting flood. We are grateful that the Lord took her home before all this happened. Your donations will help us get through this difficult time of sorrow and to pay our bills as we recover from all of this loss as we begin a new chapter in our lives. The community has been amazing in coming together with delivering meals and supplies. Thank you to all the organizations who have helped with mudding us out. The National Guard was here as well and assisted us with debris removal and protecting our town. FEMA has yet to be approved and it has been 31 days since the flood.
