Victor Pen unexpectedly passed away on February 15, 2022 leaving behind his family; (parents) Savath Pen, Sary Ket & (siblings) Han Pen, Saroeun Pen, Sarom Pen, David Pen, Peter Pen, Chharlie Pen, Catherine Sak-Pen & Stacey Pen. We are absolutely devastated by Victor’s passing and are asking for any donations to help cover the costs of his funeral during this difficult time.
