Brown Sisters Recording Project
Donation protected
The Brown Sisters are excited to announce that we are hitting the studio in July, to record our sophomore project! This album will be comprised of many favorites that will touch your heart in whatever season you’re in! The expenses for this project are projected to total about $20,000. With your help, we can reach our goal in no time!
Please consider making your best contribution to help us reach this amount. A complimentary copy of the project will be given to every donor per $100 donation.
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, the Brown Sisters have been singing gospel and inspirational music for over 30 years. Joanna, Leah, Dorcas, and Rachel, are four of six children born to Bishop Thomas and the late Charlene Brown.
Their talent, love and passion for music, has allowed them the opportunity to open up for the late, Dr. Maya Angelou (including her Celebration of Life service in New York City, NY). Additionally, they have shared the platform with well known artists such as CeCe Winans, Luis Palau, and the Oregon Symphony.
The Brown sisters have also made several appearances: a celebrity basketball event, hosted by Jamie Foxx, Trail Blazers Games, and have sang along with many Portland artists like Aaron Meyer, Patrick Lamb, Julianne Johnson, and Michael Allen Harrison.
Lastly, they have used their gifts at various charities like Sparks of Hope, Girls Inc., Providence’s Annual Fundraiser for Cancer research, The Maurice Lucas Foundation and the Portland Rescue Mission to name a few.
If you would like to be a blessing to The Brown Sisters, now is your chance!
Thank you for your past, present, and future support. We love you and God bless you!!!
