Brothers Victor R. Martins and Donato G. Fiocca

The Officers and Staff of the Cement Masons' & Plasterers' Union Local No. 592 are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of two of their brothers Donato G. Fiocca a 25-year member, and Victor R. Martins an 8-year member. Donato & Victor lost their lives while working on the Ben Franklin Bridge on Friday, October 14th. All funds raised will be given to the grieving families to aid in the funeral expenses
