We've recently received a more comprehensive account of the situation from the Portland Police Bureau which reveals a more complex scenario than we initially understood. While emotions ran high on that day, it appears that both parties were involved in an escalated confrontation, after an initial disagreement due to their dogs barking at each other. The situation took a turn for the worse, culminating in Sean being stabbed.

I'd like to take a moment to address my initial description of the events. In retrospect, my words were hastily chosen and may have come across as making light of the situation. I regret insinuating that this incident was a direct consequence of "Failed Policies" or other external factors. The reality is that Portland, much like my brother, is grappling with desperate challenges, and it breaks my heart.

While the situation is more nuanced than we first presented, the fact remains that Sean has sustained severe injuries and is currently undergoing treatment. Medical bills are accumulating, and his path to recovery is long.
