Brother donating kidney to his girlfriend

In a true example of selflessness and caring for others, my brother, Craig, is donating a kidney to his girlfriend, Kate. She has faced kidney failure issues since birth, but her health has taken a toll the past year.  Her condition is CKD Stage 4, which puts her health at a severe level and raises the urgency for dialysis and/or a kidney transplant. After a battle with the insurance company, the procedure itself will be covered, but the appointments and expected recovery time will exceed sick and vacation time. With both individuals being out of work for months, this will make it difficult to pay monthly finances.  As a family, we will all be chipping in, but any little bit will help keep Craig and Kate from falling behind. Please consider donating to Craig and Kate so they can have a comfortable and healthy recovery.  Craig's bravery and selflessness for the ones he loves are admirable and I am incredibly proud of my brother.
