I'm starting this GoFundMe to help my family make ends meet. For the past 18 months, I have been dealing with three kidney stones in my right kidney. I can't pass them on my own. Surgery is required. However, I am not medically stable enough to be placed under general anesthesia.

In lieu of Surgery, they placed a tube directly in my kidney that allows it to drain into a bag. These tubes must be replaced every three months. I was scheduled for a replacement on Sept 10, 2025. Unfortunately, this didn't happen because I was showing signs of sepsis.

Instead I was sent to the emergency room at Lutheran Hospital.

After testing numerous things, I was found to have two abscess around my right kidney. The spots were tested and found to be E coli. A drain was placed to help but it has only been helpful to one of them. I am on IV antibiotics. I will be on them at home for at least two weeks when I am discharged. In addition, I will need two weeks of oral antibiotics.

I was let go by Amazon, when I notified them about being hospitalized. I no longer have their insurance. While in the hospital, my caregiver does not get paid. My caregiver lives with me, and we share expenses.

We will need help with paying for my infusion care, food, household expenses and gas to and from Ft. Wayne.
