Hello Beloved Family,
Well... it's happening! {queue **BIG Smile**} :))))
After 7 years of dedication on and off the mat, I am beyond excited to share that I am embarking this spring on my first 200 hr full spectrum Yoga Teacher Training here in Ashland, OR with my beloved teacher and sister-in-spirit Krista Holland.
It's an embodied dream come true as this is Krista's first year teaching her seasoned embodied wisdom of :

I am so grateful to be in the position I am here in the Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon after visiting on a whim (a whim of higher guidance, that is) in 2015 and relocating in 2016.
I feel absolutely exuberant and abundant with connection and opportunities and deepening of my highest path of service now that my nervous system feels welcomed home. Thank you Blessed Mother!
My life is indeed a dream unfolding but as I reflect on where I have come from on my evolving healing path, I realize that my life is a one huge miracle. Because of this (and much more), I am in service to the liberation of all sentient and non-sentient beings.

A little about my background:
My holistic education and empowerment began when I declared my sovereignty from a model of education that was not serving me and graduated with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies (Journalism, English, Film, Multicultural Studies) from the University of Missiouri in 2011.
Still relieved from the standard western-learning-complex that never worked for me, I have worked at part time jobs since then in order to be a "full time student" driven by my own autodidactic and contemplative curriculum.
Besides my own fervent education of online podcasts, youtubes, webinars, books, many in-person classes and retreats, I have earned certifications from:
- The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Certified Holistic Health Coach, 2015.
- Seven Sisters Mystery School, Priestess of the Dove
Training. Ordained Minister, 2016.
- Certified Reiki Healer Level 1, 2016.
- Clairvoynat/Psychic Healing Level 1 from Barrett Heeden and Carla Starla, 2014.
- Tisch Asia School of Arts, Intro to Acting, 2010.
I have always sought out the best teachers and guides in my pursuit of higher embodied wisdom, and it is truly a gift beyond the veils to be a yoga student under Krista's dynamic care and alchemical knowledge. Krista is simply, the best! And I am SO excited.

From deep within my heart, it is a great joy and great honor that I feel here in a privileged position to be humbly requesting replenishment in the forms of financial assistance, energy and love.

Practicing Yoga and Mediation is a never-ending love affair of exploratitive and experiential self-liberation for me. I truly would not have been able to heal such a tremendous amount of trauma had it not been my soul's investment to integrate and attempt to embody these wisdom teachings over the past 7 years.
I cannot wait to share this love affair as a teacher and guide for others on all walks of healing, restoration and regenerative embodiment.
As I take on a more active role of my soul's authentic blueprint, it is my living prayer that each of us discover the means to nurture our own unique sacred vessel and to be held fully in grace, kindness and compassionate-loving company wherever we are.
