Hello, my name is Sherri Nelson. On September 5th, 2020 my granddaughter, Brooklyn, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She has had multiple surgeries, treatments, and therapies since that day. Currently, my daughter, Christin, is not able to work due to all the care Brooklyn needs. Brooklyn is back in the hosptial. Hopefully she will be going home tomorrow, but when she goes home she will be on hospice care. Christin had just been hired with a new company which would allow her to work from home. The weekend before Christin was to begin her training is when Brooklyn was admitted to the hospital. At this time we do not know when Christin will be able to return to work. The company Christin will be working for will not offer another training time until after the first of the year. Christin is a single mom trying to take care of her daughter and home. There are alot of unexpected expenses in taking care of Brooklyn. Thankfully up to now Christin has had many family and friends who have been able to help her out financially. We are now unsure what the future holds except for our Hope in God. Thank you for your kindness to help Christin and Brooklyn during this time of need.
