Help Brooklyn fight against POTS!

Hello my name is Brooklyn

I have been diagnosed with POTS in June of 2024,

last month with GERD and now having to go to allergy testing and to be told I would need all these vitamins,electricity’s, and medication to be able to function.

my insurance dosnt covor allot of these expenses the gas to doctor,specialist and heart doctor.my weeks are taken up by attending all of these appointments.

i am struggling currently with not being able to work confined to my couch majority of the time.I am fatigued and out of spoons.

I am reaching out to the government currently for assistance but this could take months to obtain so anything anything at all even a share is a big help.

Because of all of this I have begun to fall behind on everything and not able to afford the things I need and even unexpected expenses.

Update: I have filed for disability but the process is long and frustrating,

I started to see a neurologist i have a cat scan that will be done in the next 3 months, i did get diagnosed with Dystonia witch does limit my movement from my lower back all the way down to my feet. In result to this i know have to have a mobility aid of a cane to walk around.

I have been put on 2 type of allergy medication now being sent to a gastrologist for gluten allergy also. I did find a cartologist that was able to put me on a medication and since getting it approved he ended up making my next appointment 6 months out almost making me feel like allot of my concerns about my extreme fatigue, blood work that did not come back normal was all ignored and shoved aside. so ill be having to get a second opinion on it.

winter has helped a little with trying to get things done but my energy levels are still half of what they used to be and still struggling with day to day bills due to my chronic illness preventing me from working.
