Brooklyn Calvan

Brooklyn was riding her bike by Makawao school. She got hit by a vehicle. I think she got run over half way then they reversed. She was wearing a helmet! The male occupant of the vehicle was really aggressive with her pushed her off the road and was yelling at Jaxson to beat it. The police got their insurance info.

We’re at Kapiolani Hospital in the ICU. She has a fractured rib, scapula and T12. She has a bruised lung and small brain bleed, gnarly road rash and two huge gashes. No plans for surgery just yet. Just treating her like burn care victim. Long road ahead to heal. She’s still intubated. She’s getting cleaned up really good. Hopefully extubate later today. We’ll probably be here a week. I’ll keep updating… Pray for her ❌⭕️

They took the breathing tube out. She’s was smiling and talking. But then screaming from the pain. She remembers everything now! So that’s good but she definitely feels ALL the pain. I feel so helpless! She’s sleeping now she’s stable but they said they flushed A LOT of gravel out of her wounds.
