Brooke’s Recovery after Shingles

Our Dear Friend Brooke Merrill has been suffering side effects from a brutal case of shingles, including fatigue, pain, neurological, and cardiac issues. After battling the initial infection, it has taken months and innumerable doctors to work towards a diagnosis and treatment. While the medical bills pile up, Brooke has been unable to work. Her employee disability was cancelled after a few months and securing federal disability will take nearly another year. They need help but are not getting it! Her ever-selfless husband Adam has been working long hours 7 days a week, but alas, they must remain in pricey Boston because that is where the only specialty clinic in the U.S. exists for Brooke’s condition.
