Brooke’s Breast Cancer Diagnosis

Hello, my name is Kendra Smith. My sweet sister, Brooke Sorenson, who is also a devoted and loving mother and wife, was diagnosed with breast cancer at the young age of 31. Her life as she knew it was completely flipped upside down with this diagnosis last month. She is a very healthy and active person, who stays busy working and raising her two young kiddos with husband, Jon. Therefore, this came as a very unwelcome surprise. Brooke is one of the strongest women I know, and is stoically navigating everything day by day. She also is very selfless and never asks for help, so I am doing so on behalf of my sister. Brooke is currently recovering from a double mastectomy, and is awaiting next treatment steps.

All donations made will go directly towards Brooke and her family for medical bills, treatments, or any other expenses they may incur.

There has also been a generous and overwhelming response for meal trains or meal drop off.

At this time we have many close family and friends we have coordinated with to provide meals for an extended period of time.
