Last weekend Brooke broke her wrist. Ow! The good news is that she does have insurance. The bad news is that, with the initial emergency medical treatment, clinical follow ups, prescription drugs, and pending surgery, the insurance will only partially cover her medical bills. On top of that, she will be unable to work for at least 2 full months, and only has a couple weeks of vacation time to supplement. 

Bills and life wait for no broken wrist.
