Brooke McDonough's Breast Cancer journey
Donation protected
On December 18, 2019, Brooke McDonough, just 38 years young, was diagnosed with Invasive (Infiltrating) Ductal Carcinoma (Breast Cancer).
I met Brooke when she began her career as a Medical Secretary at Mercy Health St. Rita's Urology and instantly gravitated towards her kindness and huge heart! Brooke is a phenomenal employee and her contagious smile and personality has helped so many patients in our office.
Since being diagnosed, Brooke has been so optimistic and brave! She is a beyond ready to fight the fight, not only for herself, but her two children. She is single mother, and her children are her life. Brooke has overcome recent obstacles and has proven just how strong she truly is. She holds such a special place in my heart and because of that, I felt the need to do this for her and her children.
Due to this illness, she will temporarily be unable work full-time. Considering how dedicated she is to fullfilling her duties at the office, this is also going to be very trying for her.
Brooke has a heart of gold and would do anything to help out anyone in need! Therefore, I'm asking in this vulnerable time of her life that we rally behind her as she takes on this fight. Every penny and every prayer counts. A little goes along way and can help alleviate the stress of monetary issues.
Brooke has helped so many patients within the Mercy Health St. Rita's Urology Office through their trying times so let's help Brooke through hers ♥️
