Brooke was diagnosed with Stage 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer on March 3, 2020. I am going to speak for a few us when I say it has taken a little while to get past the initial shock to be able to get here and share this journey with everyone.  But I know that the amazing people that Brooke is blessed with in her life will only help to guide her, pray for her and love her through this journey.  What she thought would be a normal postpartum checkup and possible "swollen milk duct", turned into something much bigger. She was given the challenge of taking care of these two beautiful boys, moving back HOME and the thought that "cancer" could be a part of her life. She took it head on as she always does with grace, strength and faith.  God has worked in a mysterious way to bring her and her family back home so I ask everyone reading this that you pray for Brooke, Ben, Owen and Cooper through this journey.  She needs, more than ever, this family of amazing people around her.
