Brooke Copher Memorial Fund
Donation protected
To know Brooke, is to love Brooke. She peacefully passed on November 20th, suddenly at home in Middletown, DE. She was a mother, teacher, daughter, sister, auntie, friend, a comforter, an advocate, a role model, a woman of faith.
Please help to offset some of the funeral expenses in order to provide her the proper homegoing service. These proceeds will also go towards taking care of expenses and needs for her two amazing children, Harrison (17) and Sydney (15). This will help with buying the kids clothes, school items, college preparations, food, necessities, and allow them to maintain their normal schedules and participate in their regular extra curricular activities.
Brooke was an amazing autism advocate and embraced the community when Sydney was diagnosed with autism at a young age.
Brooke was a lifesaver to many. She was a shoulder to cry on, a go to person for advice, a lot of people's "person", and a role model to many.
She was a school teacher at Old State Elementary School in the Appoquinimink School District. She taught 2nd grade and was loved and cherish by staff, students and parents alike.
My name is Kayla Green. I am from Middletown, DE as well. As Brooke Copher’s God Daughter & niece, I was hesitant to do this, as we as a family never like to ask for help. We have seen SO many people reach out from near and far asking to donate. We are overwhelmed (in a good way) and thought that this is another way for those who know or have heard of Brooke to help out. Everyone has been willing to help which is a true testament of Brooke's character, love and spirit.
The proceeds donated will be sent to Brooke’s sister, Ciscely Butler to as the beneficiary to use for funeral expenses and the children. If you feel so compelled to contribute to Brooke's memorial, any little bit helps to send her off with love and help take care of her children.
Thank you for your time.
