Brooke Blanchette Memorial Fund & Care for Family

Brooke Maureen Blanchette passed peacefully surrounded by loving family on July 14, 2021 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. Brooke lived a full and spirited life during her short 44 years. She would have wanted to be remembered as a compassionate champion for underserved communities, a devoted mother, grandmother, twin, sibling, daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, partner, and friend.

Brooke’s Memorial will be held on August 1, 2021, at James Madison Park, Madison, WI. The Ceremony will begin at 5 pm at the Gates of Heaven Synagogue followed by a Celebration of Life in the James Madison Park Structure at 6:30 and ending with a Candlelight Vigil at sunset.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, please consider contributing to this fund to raise money for a memorial bench in Brooke’s memory and in care of her daughter and grandson.
