Dear friends and family,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Bronson's passing. Bronson, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at birth due to a traumatic brain injury, brought immense love and joy to so many lives. As his dedicated mother and caretaker, Tricia's world revolved around providing him with the best care and support possible.

Bronson inspired Tricia and her family to start a non-profit organization called Brave Like Bronson. This incredible initiative aimed to raise awareness and support for children and families facing similar challenges due to traumatic brain injuries. Through Brave Like Bronson, Tricia worked tirelessly to ensure that no family feels alone in their journey and that every child receives the care and resources they need.

While the past 16 years have been a blessing, Tricia selflessly put her education and career aspirations on hold to prioritize Bronson's needs while also caring for Maeleigh and Bryson. She received income from NICA to be his caregiver, ensuring he had the love and attention he deserved. However, with Bronson's passing, Tricia now faces the heartbreaking loss of her beloved son and the sudden absence of her sole income.

In this difficult time of grieving and transition, we are reaching out to you, our compassionate community, to lend a helping hand to Tricia. Your support can make a significant difference as she navigates this challenging new chapter.

By contributing to this fundraiser, all funds will go directly to Tricia. This will help Tricia pay for any upfront unexpected funeral costs and help with the immediate support of her family. Any additional funds raised will help Tricia pursue her educational goals. Education not only opens doors to new opportunities but also provides a sense of empowerment and personal growth. It is Tricia’s dream to become a licensed mental health counselor so that she can continue to positively impact the lives of other children and families facing similar challenges, furthering the mission she started with Brave Like Bronson. Tricia has already been accepted into the Master's program at Liberty University for Mental Health Counseling which starts this summer. This program will take 2.5 years to complete.
