BROMAN - Feature Film

Hi, my name is Anthony Caban, i'm a filmmaker in the Tampa Bay area, and i have Autism/Asperger's Syndrome. I'm fundraising this film because i love making films so much and this project has been a special project i've been wanted to do for a couple of years since it's been in my head.

BROMAN is about Walter, an adult man who's clueless about what he wants to do with his life but the thing he does for a living is that he's a masked fighter that goes by "Broman", similar to Batman and Daredevil. He meets Hank, a friend who moves in next door and suddenly becomes friends in which Walter decides to take Hank out on the street to help him become a superhero and start vandalizing the town until they've picked the wrong bone with a couple of loan sharks and they must kill them. It's a dark-comedy superhero story that's mixed with Training Day and Daredevil together.

This has been a passionate project of mine to make but i want to do this the right way by having a budget and ensuring that crew is paid for, we get the costumes, locations, food fed for the cast and crew and that we can reimburse gas money for those coming out to be a part of this project. We start shooting by the end of June, I've started a new job and planning to save money for this feature. But the money i would have saved up wouldn't be enough to make everything happen by the day we start filming so that's why i am starting a GoFundMe for this film, to raise money and make sure we get this made the best way possible.

We're not asking for a lot but any dollar counts. If we can reach over $1,000 by the beginning of June, it would help us. $5, $10, $20, $25, $30, $50, $100, or higher would help a lot. You'll get a "special thanks" and "executive producers" credit. We'll put you in the film as background extras and of course you'll get a physical copy of the film and an invitation to the public premiere once this film has finished post-production. Most of the proceeds will also go to the cast and crew, the post-production team including sound, effects, etc. We will keep everyone updated with pre-production, filming, etc. The cast & I can't wait to make this film happen and with your help, we can do it.
