I'm happy to tell you that today my brother Marlon had his shoulder surgery and he is recuperating well.  Thank you again for all your generous contributions, you made
it possible for my brother to have the surgery, we’ll be for ever grateful.

I am touched beyond words.

Dear family and friends,

Thank you so very much for Your  thoughtful and generous donations to Marlon’s
medical needs.

Unfortunately after receiving the funds Marlon went back to the surgeon and he 
review the CAT scan and determined that Marlon has four (4) fractures instead of 
three and revised his fee to $7500.

 Consequently Marlon has not have the medical attention yet for one whole week
with four (4) displaced fractures of his shoulders and he has developed an infection of that arm.

I am resubmitting a new goal of 7500 to cover Marlon’s medical needs.

I am NOT asking my friends and family members who have already donated to 
give more, just asking if you could please share this with friends and family.

Muchisimas gracias a todos por todo el apoyo que hemos recibido, como muchos de
ustedes ya saben Marlon va a necesitar un poco más de apoyo monetario para la operación, se le necesita poner una placa Philips,  tiene 4 fracturas en el hombro izquierdotambién necesitará rehabilitación, medicinas y gastos de transporte, etc.

No les estoy pidiendo mas a los que ya nos apoyaron simplemente necesitamos por favor que nos ayuden a difundir esta información con sus amigos y familiares, cualquier ayuda será infinitamente agradecida.

Hi Friends and Family,

I hope everyone is well.  I am reaching out to you because my brother, Marlon Moncada, who lives in Caracas, Venezuela, has had an accident while riding his bike and is unable to work.  He broke his shoulder in three places and will need to have surgery within the next few days. The procedures are expected to cost $4,500.

Due to the terrible financial situation my brother and his family has faced for the last several years in Caracas, he has no insurance or other resources to cover these expenses.  

I miss my brother so much and wish I had all the funds to adequately support him during this unfortunate episode.  Because I do not, I am appealing to you to contribute to Marlon’s GoFundme site with as much as you can spare and then sharing it with your network.  
 
I know that money can be tight, so please know that any amount will get closer to my goal!  Let me know if you have any questions and I’llbe happy to answer them.

Como muchos de ustedes ya saben mi hermano Oswaldo Marlon tuvo un accidente en bicicleta ayer y se fracturó el hombro izquierdo en tres. Les estoy pidiendo ayuda porque tiene que operarse y la operación cuesta alrededor de $4,500 dólares.

Debido a la situación económica de mi hermano y la terrible situación en Venezuela en este momento es imposible poderse pagar esta operación, les pido de todo corazón cualquier ayuda que le puedan dar será sumamente agradecida.
