Life seems to make life interesting, after planning my 50th Birthday trip  aboard the Cayman Aggressor last year, I was unable to make it.  So this year, I rescheduled and had several friends sign up to go with me on this adventure.  Unfortunately, I had a very bad, freakish accident recently and broke my lower leg and ankle in FOUR places, yes four places! Per the Orthopedic MD, I  can not walk/weight bear on it, let alone dive, for the next 3 months!   I do have trip insurance but it did not cover this kind of cancellation, optional option coverage if you understand, so i am trying this Go Fund Me idea at a request of a friend,  more importanly,  I am also doing this to cover my time out of work and some extra medical expenses that I have incurred. This is the busy time of year for scuba instructors so if we are not working, we are not making money.  I have a strong group of friends helping with my immediate financial, medical and yes housing  needs,  but this is a long term issue.  I am side lined for 3 months,  will lose out on the 2019 dive season.  So any help will be great to help me get through the slow winter season, get back on my feet ( foot) and into the water to do what i love!
