Hello, my name is Jake. To many, I am the Ginger Bear. I was hesitant to make one of these but the fact is, I need help. In the midst of life coming along, I slipped on a routine dismount of a long board and my ankle gave way.. fracturing all 3 bones and dislocating my foot. It was completely out of socket and totally gruesome.

Im a hard working fella and financially, things were really coming together. I just got a place to live, after being blessed by my friends who let me live on their couch when my industry wasn’t making any money.

two hours after getting the place, in a celebratory long board ride, life took 10 giant leaps backwards.

I’ve already undergone one surgery with a second to happen in a couple weeks, once the swelling goes down.

the specialist said I won’t be able to work for three months and I simply cannot make it by with that.

Before coming here, I checked into disability but I’ll starve to death before any kind of hearing.
