On New Years Day, Brogan was airlifted from his local hospital to University of Iowa Hospital in critical condition. He was fighting a life-threatening case of bacterial meningitis. His parents Owen and Lacy Irwin at his bedside, he fought for days before showing many signs of life. 3 weeks later, Brogan is finally healthy enough to return home!
