My name is Christine Cintas and my son, Brogan, was diagnosed with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis in January of this year. He was 14 years old at the time. His condition worsened and he was in and out of the hospital over the next several months until his doctors told us he needed a liver tranplant. Within two weeks of being placed on the transplant list, they found a liver for him. But whenthe doctors took him into surgery, they found a large tumor that had already formed adhesions to his stomach, intestines and other organs. It could not be removed. It turned out to be an aggressive form of cancer called cholangiocarcinoma. He passed away two weeks later on August 15, 2016. 
We are devastated and just want to have a nice funeral for him.  We would be so thankful and appreciative of any assistance.
