Hi Fam,

As a longtime friend and former roommate of Vanessa, I can say without a doubt what you all already know, there is no one with a kinder, bigger heart than our Vanessa. I mean how else do you get a name like "VRod Love" right? It has been such a joy to watch her find her Love and soulmate Thomas, an equally kind and selfless gentle giant, and to watch them ride off into the sunset of Mariposa last year where they found their dream home, married, and brought our baby angel Arrow into the world.

Now, so sadly, all of that joy has turned to horror as I've watched the tragic news unfold that their dream house they worked so hard to make their own has been razed to the ground by this devastating fire that has claimed over 120 houses in the area. It is so hard to imagine what they are going through, and I know all of you are thinking of them and reaching out to ask how we can help in whatever small way, so I am starting this Go Fund Me page.

There is no way we can replace what they've lost, but we can make the coming days, weeks, and months a little easier for them with some financial support so they can start to replace all of the essential things they have lost, especially for baby Arrow. One thing I know for sure, Vanessa and Thomas would be doing the same for me! Hang in there guys, we love you and the Phoenix will rise from the ashes!
