Our Step-Dad, Brad Brockley was diagnosed with B-cell/ Mantel Cell Lymphoma November 2020. Even though there is no cure for this type of cancer at this time, chemotherapy has been shown to slow the progression. He has opted to try chemotherapy.
He has already undergone bone marrow biopsy, PET scan, CT/MRI scans, chemotherapy port placement, and multiple MD visits in last month.
At this time, he is the primary source of income for his family and carries the insurance. Although he has been able to work till now, we do not know the affects the chemo and/or the progression of the cancer will have on his ability to keep working through treatment.
Any little amount will go a long way to help ease some the cost of treatment, gas for traveling expenses, and general household expenses.
Due to covid-19, some of the children and family are limited in what we can do for support, as we can not travel to see him and be there physically at this time. We are trying to keep safe by not exposing him to more people than necessary as the chemotherapy can affect his immune system.
We appreciate you time and any assistance you give.
Thank you,
Dana Whitlock (step dtr)
Ross Bartel (step son)
Kina Brockely (wife)
