Support for Caleb Mosley’s Recovery

Donation protected
Caleb Mosley is a 16-year-old sophomore with a big heart and a creative mind. He loves video games, making animations, and being a typical teenager.
On January 29, 2026, during a regular school day, Caleb experienced a sudden and severe medical emergency. While in class, he suffered a sudden cardiac arrest. Caleb and his mom, Kim, were airlifted from Williston to Fargo, North Dakota, where he is currently in the ICU. He is on a ventilator and being kept in an induced coma to allow his heart and lungs time to recover. His lungs suffered bleeding from CPR, and a central line was placed to help maintain his blood pressure and protect his brain. Doctors have said that some movement is a good sign, but there are still many unknowns, including how his brain may have been affected.
Caleb’s pediatric cardiologist has been closely involved in his care. So far, doctors have found no clear evidence of heart damage that would explain why this happened. The cause of his cardiac arrest remains a mystery, and he is undergoing further testing, including a cardiac MRI, as they continue searching for answers. Doctors anticipate that Caleb and Kim will be away from home for at least 2–3 weeks, possibly longer. During this time, Caleb’s dad, Jhon, is back in Williston—over six hours away—caring for their other two children and trying to keep life moving forward at home. Once Caleb is stable enough, he will most likely need an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) to prevent future cardiac arrest. This procedure will require treatment at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. That journey will involve two flights, four ambulance rides, and many more hospital nights—on top of what they are already facing.
This GoFundMe is to help support the Mosley family with medical expenses, travel costs, lodging, and lost income as Kim and Jhon miss work to be there for their son. Any donation, no matter the size, will help ease the financial burden so they can focus Caleb’s recovery.
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing and keeping Caleb and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
Every bit of support means more than words can express. ❤️
