- Hello, my name is Erica Lynch. I am establishing this GoFundMe on behalf of my nephew, Brixton Doud. On March 16th, Brixton was walking on the mall with his father when he suddenly collapsed. He was rushed by ambulance to the Philadelphia Children's Hospital. After extensive testing it was discovered that he had suffered two strokes. One occurring in the back of his brain, the other in the front. He has been admitted to the pediatric ICU. Of course his parents haven't left his side. They are unable to work at this time to focus their attention on our little Brixy. As many of you know, Brixton is Autistic. Returning home he will need constant care. Thankfully, he is babysat by a few wonderful women who each have special training working wit Autistic children. Although our family isn't one to ask for help, I feel it is appropriate to do at this time. There are costs to being at the hospital each day and sadly there will be medical and daycare costs in the future. Every penny will be put towards medical bills and daycare costs to ensure that Brixy will be well taken care of during his recovery.
