Brittnie is my beautiful 25-year-old daughter and yesterday she was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer. Brittnie does not have health insurance and will be faced with her first surgery on June 2nd. After the surgery, she may have to undergo radiation once a determination in regard to the stage of the cancer has been made. Brittnie will need to take maintenance drugs for the rest of her life. 

Brittnie is a fun loving, good spirited person that embraces life and everything around her. The hardest road a parent must travel in life is seeing their child suffer, so I am asking my friends and family to help lessen the burden.
