My name is Brittany and I'm from Texas

2026 has not been my year. From my health, home and to work has had struggles. My health has deteriorated, chronic pain and inflammation, started having to use a cane for stability and walking because pain has become super severe. That ended up causing me to be sent home from my job at UPS. I've since Jan 9th been in limbo waiting to see what is gonna happen. I had to fill out ADA paperwork to hopefully be accommodated. However since all my vacation time has been used I had to take a leave of absence which until the short term disability is approved Im essentially without an income.

On top of all the medical and work, during the winter storm a few weeks back, I lost my RV. Even though we winterized it and I was pretty certain the water was off, something occured that caused water to flood my home and ruin it. I was not there at the time because I was staying elsewhere to receive help, we also thought it would be safer for me considering my current condition. It's been hard on me being alone caring for myself. We received the verdict that insurance will not cover anything. I've essentially lost my home on top of a lot items that was in it ranging from clothes, books, games,medical supplies, furniture, hobby items, etc.

I've included photos of the RV, it was practically doused in water, the ceiling even had it, containers and cups filled to the brim, it was like a flood went through my home.

I'm currently in a hole and while I absolutely feel awful asking I know I do need some assistance through this dark period. It's been one thing after another and I'm unsure what else I can do or even what might else happen. Honestly I'm scared.

The funds would be used to help me cover bills, hopefully replace a few things, and I'd like to figure a new home for myself. While I currently have a place to stay I'm absolutely unsure of it being permanent/safe for me in the long term.

Please only assist if it will not negatively impact you, I know right now is a difficult time for a lot of people. A share of this is just as helpful. I appreciate all help, thank you❤️
