Hello all as some of you may know I have recently lost my grandad who suffered from cardiomyopathy for many years and unfortunately passed away due to heart failure, due to this I will raising money for British heart foundation and will be raising money for this special charity by doing a walk up snowdonia please feel free to donate or come along with me, all donations are much appreciate thank you
