Fundraising - British Heart Foundation & Men's Mental Health

Hi, our names are Rebecca and John, we are fundraising for the British Heart Foundation and a Men's Mental Health charity, called Man Down. We will be doing a 12 day, 140km hike up to Mount Everest base camp, which is 17,716 feet above sea level. This will commence in the beginning of May.

We want to raise money and awareness for two charities that mean a great deal to us. Rebecca's father suffered from poor mental health throughout much of his life and then, in 2018, he died very suddenly and unexpectedly from heart disease when he was only 56 years old.

John has lost many friends to mental health and likes to do whatever he can to help.

The total donated will be split equally between the two charities.
