Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Vision 21 and every donation will help.
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us, the support and skills they provide for my brother Michael and others like him are incredible.
I will be swimming the Bristol Channel from Penarth pier to Weston super-mare in early June to help raise funds for equipment upgrades and vital building work needed at various V21 locations.
Vision 21 are looking to increase the awareness of the work they do with their trainees through social media, and will use funds to help upgrade and expand their capabilities to produce content and provide further training and support to the trainees in the process.
Any additional funds will be used to help maintain and upgrade their various facilities to ensure they can continue providing accessible areas for all trainees.
If you feel you can help in non-monetary ways (providing equipment, discounts, vouchers, or provide building experience to help with upgrades) please reach out to myself or Vision 21 Directly.
Another way you can help support Vision 21 is through their online shop and various outlets throughout the year - https://www.v21.org.uk/shop/
Here you can buy various crafts, pottery, garden plants and garden furniture all lovingly made by the trainees.
More information about Vision 21: Changing Lives The happiness of our people trainees is at the core of V21 with training and planning centred around that. Trainees develop their skills and self-confidence through opportunities to learn real skills at their own pace with appropriate support following a personal development route.
Each trainee has the opportunity to work towards Agored Cymru credit-based learning certificates and are encouraged to develop independent living skills.
