On Saturday 28th June we are hosting our annual legends day. This year we are taking the occasion to celebrate two very special Barcelona legends.

Many of you will have known star midfielder Lukasz was diagnosed with Cancer last year. He has shown incredible strength, determination and courage and after tough rounds of chemotherapy and operations, multiple hospital visits he is now clear and ready to return to playing football. He’s been sending me running videos every day knocking out 5km / 10km. Just a total inspiration of a guy. This will be his first game back. In his name we’ll donate a proportion of funds made to Cancer Research UK.

Dave Hodge unfortunately had to retire from playing football this summer. After 9 years incredible service to the club, no surprise he was going in for a huge header, a heavy clash of heads caused him some neck damage and led to doctors recommending he hangs up his boots. In Hodges name we’ll be making a donation to a children’s charity that Hodgey supports regularly.
